Fractal Optical Illusion

usually an optical illusion that makes you feel lines are unparallel need to have some lines/shape in the other direction that's not parallel or aligned.

But in this fractal image,  all lines in both direction are parallel. The brightness of the tiles can still make you feel there are unparallel lines.
